Reflections on the Tour

When a seed first breaks ground, it doesn't know exactly how it will grow - it simply responds to the conditions it finds. Similarly, launching the Seedling Tour was an act of trust in natural timing and organic growth.

From intimate workshops in Portuguese community spaces to transformative sessions in German universities, Social Inovation and impact Hubs in Barcelona each environment taught its own lessons about how this methodology takes root in different soils. What emerged was not just a series of events, but a growing understanding of how nature's wisdom translates across cultures and contexts.

What began as a methodology born from personal experience blossomed into something far richer through each interaction. Participants brought their own wisdom, their own challenges, their own ways of seeing - each contributing to the growth of this living framework.

Key insights emerged:

  • Transformation truly is like composting - it needs both structure and space

  • Each community adapts the tools to their unique context

  • When we trust nature's timing, unexpected possibilities emerge

  • Collective practices create deeper integration than individual work alone

As this first tour comes to close, I'm filled with gratitude for every person who joined this exploration. Your stories, your courage, your willingness to explore new ways of being - these have enriched the soil of this growing methodology.
